She is survived by: her husband Rex Stephens; her children, Hobert Payne Jr. (Susan), Teresa Watterman (Arthur), Tracy Stephens and Tamera Kennedy (Chad); and her grandchildren, Melissa Roberts, Chelsea Payne, Alexis Groves (Travis), Zachary Payne (Rachel), Corey Payne (Rachael), Luke Kennedy and Logan Kennedy. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
