It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Kramer in Columbus, Ohio, born in Hamden, Ohio, who passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert L. Sprague and Ruth Esther Sprague (Sunafrank); her former husband Arthur Eugene Hawkins; her husband Donavon J. Kramer; her daughters, Janet L. Hawkins and Joyce E. Hawkins; her siblings, Ralph S. Sprague, Jerry Sprague, Imogene Price and Karen Smith; and her friend Phyllis Green.
She is survived by: her brother Herbert Sprague (Kris); her children, Sandy Lanning (Randy), Nancy Gilbert (Chuck), Lori Mills (Ron), Marla Anderson (Chris), Dan Hawkins (Cathi) and Dave Hawkins (Joan); and her stepchildren, Bobbi Hevelin, Danny Kramer (Penny), Jim Kramer and Brett Kramer (Tammy Gingerich).
