Betty leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Betty’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Betty will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrit Ballast and Frances Ballast (Dythra). She is survived by: her husband Darl K. Richardson; and her children, Mark Richardson of Guntown, Mississippi and Becky Bayes of Mt. Sterling, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that memorial contributions be made in Betty's memory to the Memorial Baptist Church's MSN Building Project (2435 Eakin Road, Columbus, Ohio 43204).
