She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hlasta and Concetta Hlasta; her stepmother Angeline Hlasta (Kenneth Perri); her brother Chester Hlasta; her daughter-in-law Michelle Perri; and her sister-in-law Linda Hlasta.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Perri; her children, Kristi, Kimberly and Mark; her grandchildren, Hailey, Zack, Kasey and Kenna; her brother Dennis Hlasta; and her sister-in-law Mary Hlasta. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
