She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Marzluf and Dollie Marzluf (Hildenbrand); and her husband James L. Williams. She is survived by : her children, Dee, RoseAnn and James Bradley Laver (Nancy); her grandchildren, Katie, Erin and Ethan Laver; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler, Zachary and Jenna Bryant; her niece Rita Kyle Hooper; her nephews, Steve and Tim Ambrose; her siblings-in-law, Mary Williams Staten and Bill Williams (Debbie); and her cousin Steve Marzluf (Kay).

“Hello -- so sorry to read of "cousin" Billie's passing. The Marzluf trio (George, Elaine and Sharon) and their families have wonderful experiences and memories with Billie and she will be missed. I'm sorry I wasn't able to attend the memorial today but I was thinking of her and the family at this difficult time.
