She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Holley (Cunningham); her husband James Couch; her father Richard Holley; and her brother Paul Holley. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Couch-Hobson and Paul Couch (April); her grandchildren, Domonique, Alexandria, Matthew Couch and Angelique Hobson; and her siblings, John Holley (Sandy) and Mary Thomas (Everett). She is also survived by cousins and other relatives and friends.

She was baptized at an early age and faithfully attended through the years until COVID and her illness prevented her from doing so.
