She was predeceased by: her parents, Naomi Phillips (Peak) and Father Edger Phillips (Hank); her husband John H. Caldwell; her sister Sandra Sauls (Joe); her son Brian Caldwell; and her granddaughter Carrie Caldwell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Phillips and Lucinda Lapatinsky; her son Michael Caldwell (Donna); her granddaughters, Michelle Caldwell (Jesus Cazares), Chelsea Caldwell and Aubree Bretzinger; and her stepgranddaughter Ashley Bacus (AJ Johnson). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
