She was predeceased by: her parents, Fanning Johnson and Allie Mae Johnson (Paul); and her grandmother Brenda. She is survived by: her husband Theotis Slaughter Sr.; her children, Sharon Turner, Carl Slaughter (Stacy) and Michelangelo Slaughter (Jessica); her siblings, Ben Johnson, Greg Johnson, Janet Bell and Linda Perry; her children, Theotis Slaughter Jr., Deborah Slaughter, Cheryl Slaughter and Demetrius Slaughter; and her siblings, Mary Johnson, Rose Johnson, Gloria Hoegh and Nathaniel Johnson. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
