He is survived by: his brother Greg; his wife Jennifer L. Small; his child Kendrah; his pet Marshall; his daughters, Kiersten Le, Kalei Nicole, Kendra Paige and Kia Renee; his mother Ginger Lee Rush; his siblings, Patricia Smith (Rick), William C. Rush Jr. and Gregory Rush; and his siblings' children, Destiny Smith, Maya Rush and Billy DeGuzman.
