He is survived by: his sons, Robert Cogar, Brian Cogar (Sierrah), Justin Tanner and Marcus Cogar; his siblings, Jim Cogar (Peggy), Bob Cogar and Mary Markley; and his grandchildren, Lacy and Brianna. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
