He is survived by: his mother Dolores Adams (Fugate); and his siblings, Rachelle Adams (Robert), Corinne Adams (Neal), Kellie Haynes, Alysia Rae Gobert-Smith, Hallie Shopbell (Stephen) and Tony Adams. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
