He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael Keathley and Mark Keathley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keathley; his children, Shawn Keathley (Misty) and Sheila Cogar (Mike Sigman); and his grandchildren, Chris, Angie, Alicia, Marky, Terry, Cody, Katelynn, Ericka, Garrett, Leighann, Alexis and Levi.
