He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Eugene Lowe; and his brother Joseph Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Angela Lowe; his mother Jean Ann Smythe; his children, Sarena Partlow (Spenser), Ryan Whitehead (Jaclyn), Carl Lowe, Jr. (Andrea) and Kevin Lowe (Angelina); and his grandchildren, Makayla, Isaac, Carly, Janna, Shaelin, Oliver, Raigan, Elijah and Grayson. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (3047 E Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43231). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
