He was predeceased by: his parents, Landis Lewis and Ethel Lewis (Jones); and his brother Eglen Jones. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lewis (Jackie); his children, Tosca Jackson and Derrick Jackson (Felicia); his grandchild Kyree Drummond; his siblings, Cheryl Waklatsi (Joe), Carol Johnson of Cincinnati, Ohio. and Charlton D. Lewis of Cincinnati, Ohio.; his sisters-in-law, Wanetta Collins, Brenda Calhoun and Carolyn Gaither; and his close friends, Todd Reeves (Charlene), Dan Bender, Harold Elliott (Pete) and Forrest Gay.
