He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleanora Elizabeth Meyer and Oscar Bernard Meyer; his wife Ida Naomi Wheaton; his sister Doris; his brother-in-law Earl Gerdeman; his sister Marilyn Elsass; and his granddaughter Emily Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Fillmore and Charles Meyer; his daughter-in-law Monika Voigt Meyer; his sister Lorene Jettinghoff; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fillmore, Rus, Kathryn Meyer (Caitlin Graves) and Laura Meyer; his brother-in-law Gary Elsass; and his friends, Karen Lanning, Ben Yokohama, Marylou Zschach, Roger Thurman and Shane Congrove. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and neighbors.
