He is survived by: his wife Sheryl (Turner); his daughters, Tiffany Jacox (Corey) and Salena Smith; his grandchildren, Jaleel Smith (Kylie), Ravin Withers, Jaeden Smith, Chayce Jacox and Chloe Jacox; and his brothers, Edward, Floyd, Dallas (Patty) and Kelvin Smith (Jeannie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
