He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Betty Monaco (O'Rourke); his son Douglas Monaco; his parents, Henry Monaco and Rema Monaco; and his brothers, Frank Monaco (Mary), Henry Monaco and Albert Monaco (Ida).
He is survived by: his daughter Leanne Chiavacci; his grandchildren, John Chiavacci and Carla Elliott (Chiavacci); his grandson-in-law Nick Elliott; his pets, Phoebe and Izzie; his sister-in-law Phyllis Monaco; and his sibling's child Rourke.
