She is survived by: her sons, Jim Van Horn (Lisa) of Pataskala and John Van Horn (Cheryl) of Bellville, Ohio.; her brother Beryl "Cub" Whaley (Betty); her grandchildren, Jeremy Van Horn (Katie), Brittani Van Horn and Jordyn Kieser (Ron); her great grandchildren, Elliott, Bryson and Cooper; and her former husband Jerry Van Horn. She is also survived by her niece and nephews as well as several special friends.
