We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 73, Carole Scheerer of Columbus, Ohio, born in Highland Park, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Spano and Leah Spano; and her brother Martin. She is survived by: her former spouse Tina; her husband Mike Scheerer; her children, Tina Spano (Jerry Coley) and Michael Spano (Charlie Glaze); her sister Claudia Carney (Bob); her sister-in-law Betsy Spano (Marty); her grandchildren, Tony (Bri), Nick and Hannah; her granddaughter-in-law Michelle Spano; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Tatum.

Due to Covid, the family will have a family and friends' get-together in the springtime at a place and time determined later.

In lieu of flowers or donations, the family ask that y'all take that time, money and effort and spend it with your loved ones.
