She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kellison and Elizabeth Kellison; her children, Samantha Chapman and Erick Chapman; and her siblings, Dwight Kellison, Debra Hayes, Melinda Kellison and Belinda Kellison.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Blackburn; her daughter Ann Chapman; her grandchildren, Jessica, Brandon, Siera, Megan, Jeffrey and Michael; and her siblings, Phyllis, Sandra, Brenda, Luther and James.
