He is survived by: his parents, Carley Dials and Deante Smith; his sister Giselle Caba; his grandparents, Angela Bova and Gary Dials; his great-grandparent Bernadette Stelle; his aunt Tess Hood; his uncle Devon Hood; his grandparents, Tina Smith and Angelo Gray; his great-grandparents, Dorleen Smith and Linda Lester; his sisters, Aubrey and Annalise; and his aunts and uncles, Tiangela Smith-Gray, Anola Gray, Daires Smith and Gerald Alfred.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Peace - East (5456 E Livingston Ave, Columbus, OH 43232). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
