Though Cecilia Ann may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her sister Terri Stec; and her brother-in-law David Haigh. She is survived by: her children, Scott Parker, Christa Parker-North and Brian Parker (Angie Childs); her grandchildren, Ciara Ward (Chris) and Kennedy North; and her siblings, Kevin Doyle (Sharon) and Katie Doyle-Haigh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
