He was predeceased by: his father Champell Johnson; and his cousin Jerome Sams. He is survived by: his mother Linda Johnson; his significant other Kimberly Conwell; his sons, Champell Donte Johnson Jr., Deiontae Johnson, Malik Johnson, Tavontay Johnson and Kyheir Johnson; and his niece TiAsia Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
