He is survived by: his parents, Charles Fraley and Rosa Gabriel; his wife Karen S. Fraley; his daughter Crystal Hamilton (Randy); his grandsons, Randall Hamilton and Austin Hamilton; and his uncle Roy Hackney.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Charles' name to the America Cancer Society of Ohio, Blue Ash, PO Box 42217, Cincinnati, OH 45242.
