He is survived by: his wife Deborah Warren; his daughters, Amanda Warren and Leslie Moore; his stepson Patrick O'Connor; his grandchildren, Cheyenne, Robby, Jessica, Brandon, Kristina and Makayla; his great grandchildren, McKenna, Xenia and Charlie; and also Miriam Madonna MacMillan.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services (5554 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43229). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
