He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frederick "Fred" of Columbus and Wilda Eloise Wiseman Scholl of Ironton Ohio; his sister Mary Elizabeth; his wife Irene Marie Scholl (Schilling) of Cincinnati Ohio; and his daughter Robin.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Jr. Scholl (Miki Futakuchi), Brian Scholl and Brenda Lucas (Matthew); and his brothers, Joseph (Carol Webb), Robert (Linda Zielke) and Carl (Nancy Nicholson). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 Great grand children, numerous nieces nephews great nieces and great nephews.
