It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Stephens (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on October 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Stephens and Letha Stephens; his siblings, Harold, Mildred, Lorene, Ralph and David; and his close friend Mary Swartz.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Purdy; and his niece Rosemary. He is also survived by grandchildren & great grandchildren.
