He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hager and Emma Hager; his siblings, Jean McNeal, Martha Smith, George Hager, Brenda Hatfield and Faye Maynard; and his granddaughter Abby Hager.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Hager (Chris) and Steve Hager (Becki); the mother of his children Rita Hager; his grandchildren, Cecil Cotton, Brad Cotton, Elizabeth Hager and Mitchell Hager; his great grandchildren, Clay Cotton, Caleb Cotton, Joe Cotton, Lillyan Cotton, Owen Cotton and Keegan Hager; and his siblings, Viola Slone (Joe) and Melvin Hager.
In lieu of flower, memorial contributions may be directed in Charley's name to Columbus Health Care Center, 4301 Clime Rd., Columbus, OH 43228.
