He was predeceased by: his parents, Irion Jack and Mary Jack. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Mark A. Jack, Rebecca Ann Sheridan (Darrell) and Laura Jane Martin (Jonathan); and his brother-in-law Donald Price (Marlene). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
