He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Rev. Chester C. Winter; his wife Mary Gnezda Winter; his children, Paul Winter (Jill), Ann Winter Sokoloff (Ken) and Jane Winter (Suzanne Rounds); his grandsons, Joshua, David Sokoloff and Jason Rounds; his stepchildren, Nicole Gnezda (John Snouffer), Therese Gnezda (Gardner Peckham) and Eric Gnezda (Victoria); his former wife Cary Jones Winter; and his sisters, Margaret Brown and Mary Lou Nowak.
