She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gorslene and Joyce Gorslene; her sister Lisa Gorslene; her cousin Larry Colvard; and her aunts, Debbie Colvard and Vicky Allen.

She is survived by: her husband Tahir Mehmood; her siblings, Michelle Gorslene (Melvin) and Johnny Gorslene (Angie); and her siblings' children, Sierra, Stephanie, Juston, Kiara, Tiara, Brianna, Selena, Cassie and Desiray.
