It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chuck V Schierbeck (Columbus, Ohio), who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Schierbeck and Lucille Schierbeck (Whiteford); and his daughter Catherine Marjorie. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kaeser Schierbeck; his children, Nann Williams (Mike) of Westerville, Gretchen Nye (Tim) of Cardington, Ohio and Charles Schierbeck II (Debbie) of Delaware, Ohio; his grandchildren, Blake, Mason, Abbey Williams, Evan and Myah Schierbeck; his sister Shari Scull (John) of Worthington, Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Katy Rasor of Dublin, Ohio, Dick Kaeser (Marti) of Brigham City, Don Kaeser (Cathy) of Ashland and Ken Kaeser (Jeanette McDonald) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

As a coach, my husband was always relieved to see Chuck would officiate his game. I had the honor of working with him and he helped me when I first began officiating and then I was honored to work with him thereafter. Chuck was a fine man and loved his family and was so proud of them all.”
