He is survived by: his children, Brenda Allen (Larry), Claude "Yogi" Mullins and Barbara "Barbie" Mullins; and his grandsons, James Allen, Larry Allen, William "Billy" Mullins and Andrew Mullins (Cortney). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Southwest Chapel (3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Sunset Cemetery (6959 W Broad St, Galloway, OH 43119).
