He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl Collins; and his siblings, Carol, Robert and Dean Collins. He is survived by: his sister Claytona Atkinson; his children, Dawn Wall and Sean Collins; his stepsons, Douglas and David Frizzell; and his grandchildren, Amber Arikat, Abigail Arikat, Violet Clemons and Destinee Collins. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
