He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Lisa Rodgers (Scott) and Jessica Wells (Ralph); his stepchildren, Marla and Aaron Stepp; his grandchildren, Zachary Rodgers, Kurtis Rodgers (Katie), Angel Wells and John Wells; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Aiden; his sisters, Patty, Tammy, Janet and Judy; Elizabeth Garner.
The family is requesting donations to help with funeral expenses.
