He was predeceased by: his father Herman C. Richmond; and his close friend Vickie Bragg Roark. He is survived by: his daughter Marla Gaudet of Chippewa Lake; his grandsons, Daniel and Ricky (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Annabella, Molly, Tina Richmond of Medina and Beverlee Richmond of Mission Viejo, CA..

Tally was a strong supporter of mine over the years and I’ll cherish his friendship forever. I was honored to have presented Tally with his 50 year IBEW service award. I wish miss our weekly phone calls and the friendship we shared. Rest In Peace my friend. Wally Sickles”
