He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lincoln Miller and Edna Mae Murphy (Porter); his former wife Claudia Cecil "Sue"; and his grandson Bryce. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kevin Miller (Heidi) and Melissa Dawn "Missy" Miller; his stepchildren, Daniel Cash (Lisa), Bryan Cash (Carrie) and Susan Cash; his grandchildren, Erik, Katherine, Kelly, Joshua, Elysha, Mallory, Vic, Hila and Henna; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Theodore and Frederick.
