We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2023, at the age of 84, Connie D. Smith of Columbus, Ohio, born in Kenton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ronald Smith; her mother Ida Pearl Erwin; her brother Tom Althouse (Norma); and her niece Barbara Althouse. She is survived by : her daughter Kathy Kellogg (Tim) of Lewis Center; her grandchildren, Charlie, Kate and Kara Kellogg; and her nieces, Sharon Pennington and Cyndi Cejka.
