He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Moore and Cottrell John Henry Moore Sr.; and his siblings, Craig Moore Sr. and Cynthia Moultry (Kathleen Moore). He is survived by: his daughter Mary Alice Moore; and his stepdaughters, Laya and Willene Moore. He is also survived by sister and three brothers, along with other family members and friends.
