He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his brother Paul; his children, Paula, Pamela Mayes (Adam), Mark (Debra) and Elizabeth Thompson (Frank); his grandchildren, Katherine Brandon, Abigail, Emily Thompson, Jozel, Jared (Sarah) and Jordan Dirksen; and his great grandchildren, Payton and Pierson Dirksen.
