She was predeceased by: her stepfather Kenneth Leidinger; and her sister Deana Swank. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Berry; her brother Dustin Berry; her children, Hailey McGinnis, Brooklyn Harlan, Honorary and Bailey Blankenship; her grandchildren, Alaina Blankenship and Everleigh McGinnis; her niece Leazia Swank; and her cousin Kelly Smallridge. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, Aunts.
