She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra J. Blackburn and Clarice V. Blackburn (Donald E. Smales); and her sisters, Mary Ann Climer and Sandy L. Nowlin. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Lynn Lewis (Timothy C.) and Thomas Eugene Smales (Margie); and her siblings, Terry Jane Moore (Gregory), James "Lacey" Blackburn and Donald Paul Blackburn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
