He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Fridenmaker and Marie Fridenmaker (Leslie); his wife Sharon of Smith's Skating Rink; his sons, Joseph and Andrew; his sister Linda Evans; and his brother-in-law George Evans.
He is survived by: his brother Marvin (Linda); and his children, Steven (Mari), Lisa, Daniel and Jeff. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
