Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Affinity Memorial Chapel (855 N Nelson Rd, Columbus, OH 43219). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
