He is survived by: his mother Sherlene Allender (Bass); his children, Nikia Allender, Dianesty Johnson, Alena Nicole Lenora Allender, Davia Wilson, Johnathan Johnson (Ally) and David Brooks Allender Jr.; his grandchildren, Niya Smith, Jayla Smith, Ava Smith, Milana Johnson, Lucia Johnson and Sienna Johnson; and his siblings, Teresa Bass, Leisa Allender, Chyrise Brown, Vernard Bass and Vaughn Bass Jr. (Tami). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
