He is survived by: his wife Judy Canowitz; his sons, Jay Canowitz (Robin) and Steve Canowitz; his sister Nancy Young; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Blake, Alyssa, Abe, Meryn and Jillian Canowitz. He is also survived by niece and nephews, cousins, and friends.
