He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Madison and Jean Madison; his sister Joyce Jacobs; and his grandson Jack Madison. He is survived by: his sister Betsy Madison Kent (Jeanne Zipser); his children, Andy Madison (Carrie), Patti Masarek (Alan) and Tim Madison; his grandchildren, Jordan Keller (Eric), Jared Masarek, Marissa Madison, Jonah Madison, Canaan Madison, Grace Madison, Natalie Madison and Tess Madison; his great grandchildren, Madison, Reese and Drew Keller; Steve Staub.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to Charity Newsies (http://www.charitynewsies.org.), an organization that provides clothing to disadvantaged Franklin County children, and an organization that David was dedicated to for almost five decades. Alternatively, donations can be directed to the Jack Madison Memorial Fund at Columbus Academy (https://www.columbusacademy.org.) from where both David and his beloved grandson Jack Madison, each graduated.
