He is survived by: his wife Kim Pok San of Pyeongtaek; his brothers, Gary Perkins (Kathy) of Portsmouth and Brent Perkins (Sherry) of Kissimmee, Florida; his children, Kimberly Smith (Eddie) of Marion County, Georgia, Michelle Ruby of Jacksonville, Carol Perkins of Jacksonville, Florida and Gene Perkins (Meg) of Columbus, Georgia.; his half-sister Kandi Craig (Scott) of Portsmouth; and his stepsisters, Debbie Duzan (Gary) of Wheelersburg and Kristine Ross (Dan) of New Albany, Ohio.. He is also survived by "Papaw" to his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
