He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Beets and Marian Birle; his brother Michael Beets; his daughter Missie; and his great grandchild Leo.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Jeff Smith (Nicky) and Jamie (Sabina); his niece Angie Hartig; his friend Kathy Koehler; and also, Cassie Clark (Jeff), Kim Wells (Rob), Kellie Love, Edie Nash (Craig) and Marnie DeVault (Keith). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren that he adored and several great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please donate to your local humane society in Dave's name or donate blood to the American Red Cross as he was a regular and universal donor.
