He is survived by: his children, Scottie O'brien (Kathleen), David Neal Jr., John Neal (Amanda) and Amber Barber (Bryan); his adoptive son Jesse Mullen (Kristen); his grandchildren, Breanna Bush, Ayden Neal, Zane O'brien, Issac O'brien, Sophia O'brien, Nicole O'brien, Jayden O'brien and Luxyn Neal; and his brother-in-law Larry Curtis (Carol). He is also survived by his kids, his grandkids, family and friends.
